Family Solicitor Locum– Hybrid (1 day in office) – Lincolnshire

Are you an experienced Family Solicitor Locum looking for flexibility and a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with a well-established firm based in Lincolnshire, offering a hybrid working model with just 1 day a week in the office for an initial duration of 3 months.

The Role:

• Handling a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial disputes, and more
• Advising and supporting clients with empathy and professionalism
• Managing your time efficiently with a hybrid working model, allowing for the flexibility to work from home
• Conducting negotiations and court work when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (ideally 2+ years PQE)
• Strong client care skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A proactive, solution-focused approach
