- Oversee the Family Law team across multiple offices
- Support and mentor colleagues to help them develop
- Play a key role in hiring new team members
- Ensure excellent client service and a smooth-running department
- Manage your own manageable caseload of family matters
- Conduct supervision and technical reviews
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and best practices
- Handle high-risk cases and attend HOD compliance meetings
- Build strong relationships with clients and generate new business
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote Family Law services

- Years of experience in running your own caseload of private family law matters i.e. divorce, child act matters
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years PQE
- Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent orginisational skills
- An empathetic manner and a keen eye for details

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM (36.25 hours per week)
