About the Role

Capio Recruitment is working with a well-regarded law firm in Lincoln that is looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. The firm is known for its strong client relationships and commitment to high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on wills, estate planning, probate, and trusts
• Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Drafting legal documents, including wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Assisting with tax and estate planning matters
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s growth

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, and estate administration
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• STEP qualification or working towards it (desirable but not essential)
