- Updating Customer Specifications on various portals including TQC, MCreate, JS Evolve, ensuring all details reflect practices.
- NPD – Liaise with Specification Technologist on first production runs and customer QAS’s when required.
- Chair the HACCP team, ensuring that the site’s HACCP plan is up to date and all actions which may occur because of a process change are addressed fully and on time.
- Maintain Internal Audit plan, undertake internal Audit and coordination of internal audit non-conformance corrective actions. This includes but is not limited to: Monthly Glass & Hard Plastic, GMP, customer standard audits, BRC standard audits.
- Control of and ensuring that all customer complaints are recorded, investigated, and addressed. Responding to a customer with a corrective action.
- Recording, monitoring, and communicating company’s CPMU to all relevant staff.
- Maintain & Update the Site Quality Management Manual – including Policy & procedure
- Liaise with our customers’ technical departments & Support sales team communications.
- Support Compliance Manager with implementation of relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with Procurement to maintain a list of Approved Suppliers for Raw Materials & Packaging ensuring approved specifications are available.
- Part of the third-party audits and customer audit team.
- Promote a positive a food safety and quality culture within the business.

- Monthly Reports - Customer Complaints/ non-conformance Data. Factory GMP results & actions, outstanding corrective actions from audit
- Shift – Monday-Friday, 0800-1600hrs
- Salary - up to £40k dependent on experience
