Conveyancing Paralegal - Leighton Buzzard

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)Location: LincolnPosition: Full-time, permanent

Capio Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established, dynamic law firm in Lincoln that is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with at least 1 year of conveyancing experience to work in a busy conveyancing department. The role offers excellent training and professional development, with the potential to progress into handling your own caseload in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a fee earner on residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
  • Handling administrative duties such as file management and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with due diligence including conducting searches and reviewing titles.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
  • Ambitious with a desire to develop and manage your own files in time.
