The Role:

As Head of Logistics, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain in a high-growth environment. You'll be instrumental in scaling operations while ensuring seamless delivery to customers across the globe. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee multi-language, multi-currency operations with 7,000 SKUs in stock and 70,000 online.
  • Warehouse Optimisation: Lead the enhancement of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and readiness for growth.
  • E-Commerce Integration: Support the rollout of a new e-commerce platform in 2024, leveraging data to streamline order fulfillment.
  • Global Logistics: Manage international shipments and develop solutions for order-on-request operations, currently representing over 50% of sales.
  • Vendor Management: Build strong supplier relationships, optimising inventory and minimising unnecessary stock transfers.
