Staffline are keen to speak with Candidates who have worked in a Production Planning team, ideally in a Manufacturing/Engineering environment

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience with MRP systems (Manufacturing Resource Planning)
  • Structured approach.
  • Good Communication Skills,
  • Computer and Data Literate,
  • Basic Mathematics combined with Analytical & Logical approach, allowing for flexible methods of working.
  • Target orientated
  • Diligence

The main duties of a Production Planning Co-Ordinator:

  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating production.
  • Work with the planning team to develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Evaluating raw material and all other bill of material requirements to ensure everything is in place to meet production requirements.
  • Reporting any issues associated with the plan to the Head of production planning.
  • Support customer services where necessary with customer delivery schedules.
  • Evaluate production and supplier performance, recommend improvement to any areas which are directly impacting the planning process/performance.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust production schedules as needed.
  • Management of the MRP system and all associated actions.

Salary depends on experience

£26,000 to £27,500
