Salary: c£46,000 + Overtime and Benefits

Shifts: Panama

Location: Lincoln

Our client is one of the largest food producers in the region, handling around 350,000 products a day. They are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team in the East Midlands. The Maintenance Engineer will be supporting a number of production lines, and end of line machinery. They have a big focus on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement projects.

As a skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Complete planned maintenance schedules on manufacturing/production/packaging machinery
  • Complying with food safety standards completing all necessary documentation
  • Identify, recommend and complete projects for the improvement of Health & Safety, Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness
  • Attend and rectify breakdowns on manufacturing/production/packaging machinery

The successful Maintenance Engineer will:

  • Be an apprentice trained engineer with a formal electrical qualification.
  • Have experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
  • Have experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding would be essential
  • 18th Edition Electrical
  • IOSH qualification
