Were on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced food manufacturing site in Lincoln. You'll be working with high-spec kit, keeping production lines running and solving problems before they escalate.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Responding to breakdowns fast, minimising downtime.
- Working across manufacturing, packaging, and production machinery.
- Keeping things safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Logging issues and suggesting improvements we value your input.
What Were After:
- Apprentice-trained or NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering (electrical bias ideal).
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Confident with both electrical and mechanical fault finding.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude someone who spots issues before they become problems.
