Looking for a static role? Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week? Our client is looking for a staticbuilding services maintenanceengineer (can be either electrically or mechanically qualified) to work onsite at a static role in Lincoln.

Main duties will include (but not limited to)

  • To ensure the prompt completion of all work orders for Planned maintenance, Reactive response, Specialist sub-contract work orders and remedial work orders.
  • To provide Routine and Specialised Engineering Maintenance and breakdown support toall plant including lighting, emergency lighting, three phase power, fan coils, and air handling units.
  • Provide Engineering support and advice as required.
  • Work within the cluster to cover for engineering absence or to supplement labour, attend meetings, or to provide specialist advice or service to site, e.g. AP duties, Mechanical, Electrical or Air Con duties to ensure continued effective operational coverage.

Qualifications/experience:

  • City& Guilds Part 3, ONC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering essential
  • Time served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline essential.
  • Must hold or be willingto undertake the relevant CSCS/ECS card.

On offer is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of 35,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week. Requirement to be on call 1 week in 5 to cover the Lincoln and Nottingham site. Standby payment is 135 per week. Other benefits include 25 days annual leave plus stats, private pension, healthcare and life insurance.
