Are you a creative and driven marketer with at least one year of experience? We're looking for a talented individual to join our client's team and help them grow the brand, engage with customers, and drive marketing efforts to new heights. Initially on a 12 month fixed term contract, this role would suit someone with a background in digital marketing and email campaign. Monday to Friday, it is a hybrid role, based 2 days in the Lincoln office and 3 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new relationships with prospective customers via targeted email campaigns and mailshots.
  • Refresh website content, including product information, company news, product images, and video content.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on website activity, including SEO configuration and Google Ad-Word campaigns.
  • Design, write, and proofread corporate literature and brochures.
  • Create marketing materials, including email campaigns, press releases, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Produce and edit video content and assist in hosting webinars.
  • Enforce and follow brand guidelines.
  • Organise and attend customer or prospect events, including workshops and webinars.
  • Create presentation materials and occasionally present to customers.
  • Organise and attend exhibitions.
  • Support the team in implementing the sales and marketing plan.

Essential Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Studies, or recent workplace experience within a B2B marketing team.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Confident and friendly attitude with a calm demeanour.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with all levels of seniority.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Premier.
  • Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and social media management.
  • Experience in writing B2B promotional copy.
  • An eye for design and interest in technology.
