This role is perfect for someone passionate about engineering who is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Job Description: As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in the full product lifecycle, supporting the design, testing, and validation of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. Working alongside senior engineers, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and develop your skills in new product development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and validation of mechanical products.
  • Support the preparation and execution of test plans for new products.
  • Work with project engineers to provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Collect and analyse data from test rigs and vehicles, reporting key findings.
  • Help manage and update project reports and documentation.
  • Participate in product characterization and assist with testing and validation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent (BEng, MEng, HND, HNC, BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Motorsport Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CAD software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes: Passion for engineering and technology, particularly in New Product Development. Eager to learn, develop, and grow within the company.
  • Compliance: Ability to follow company procedures and industry codes of practice.
