This includes ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in the building services industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
