Medical Receptionist

Our client is a busy Medical Practice located in the LN6 area of Lincoln. They are looking to engage a Medical Receptionist on a permanent basis.

This is a part time working 4 days per week 12:30-18:30 (no weekends)

Pay: £11.70 - £12.00 per hour

The role:

• First point of contact for incoming calls
• Face to face customer service
• Handling patient queries
• Booking appointments
• Handling prescription requests

Experience required:

• Good level of IT skills
• Excellent Customer Service
• Friendly and empathetic
• Good organisational skills
• Experience working within the medical field is advantageous
