About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting schools across Lincoln by delivering engaging and effective lessons. Whether you are looking for day-to-day supply teaching or a long-term placement, we have opportunities that suit your availability and experience.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively.
- Follow school policies and collaborate with teaching staff to maintain high standards of education.
- Provide short-term and long-term cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in different schools and year groups.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils in learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
