Your new role:You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation and teamwork. As the Office and Administration Manager, you will be the backbone of operations, providing crucial support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling our team to focus on their core objectives. You will support the Managing Director with administrative tasks, including organising leadership team meetings, preparing reports, and managing travel arrangements.

Additionally, you will manage the office to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment, including IT asset management and procurement of office supplies. Furthermore, you will oversee corporate governance by acting as the Data Protection and Security Officer and maintaining policies.

Who we are looking for:The ideal candidate will bring a degree in Business Studies or a related field, coupled with proven experience in office management or specialist business administration. You should possess exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Proficiency in IT, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), is essential. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, should be top-notch, enabling you to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation. Additionally, maintaining confidentiality and discretion is crucial, as you will handle sensitive information and support high-level executives.
