We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Senior Duty Manager to join our team at Deans Sports and Leisure!
As a Senior Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operational leadership of Deans Sports and Leisure. We are seeking an individual who combines business acumen with exceptional leadership abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our centre delivers outstanding customer service to all users, while effectively supporting Lincoln College students during the academic year and catering to our valued public members outside of college hours. Your role will involve marketing the facility, managing a dedicated team, and overseeing the technical aspects of fitness provision and health and safety compliance.
As the Senior Duty Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial growth, enhancing member engagement, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the centre. Additionally, you will collaborate with other college service units, including Facilities, Catering, Student Services, and Marketing, to ensure the operational excellence of our facility.
