The OpportunityButler Rose are proud to represent a successful and expanding business seeking a Payroll Administrator, to join a friendly and progressive team based in Lincoln city. The successful candidate will possess previous payroll processing expertise and be involved in processing all aspects of payroll end to end, at multiple intervals working to deadlines as part of a dynamic & supportive team. This role is offered on a part time or full basis!

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing monthly & weekly payrolls, including statutory filings including FPS/EPS, P45/P46/P60s, Starters/leavers and and End of Year Declarations
  • Completion of the month and year end payroll processes
  • Answer queries, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and to deadlines
  • Reporting to the Payroll Manager to assist in the smooth running of the payroll processes and procedures.
  • Accurate payment of salaries, administration of statutory allowances, auto-enrolment pension schemes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Competent payroll administrator ideally with experience of multiple payroll processing.
  • Report accurately and in a complete payroll tasks and administrative duties in a timely manner
  • CIPP or AAT professional qualifications would be advantageous
  • Computer literacy in Payroll software, Word and Excel (intermediate) ideally but not essential
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain a calm manner at all times.
