Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Private Hospital, Lincoln

Pay Rate: £27 - £37 per hour (paid via umbrella)

Contract: Full-time, Monday - Friday (5 days per week)

Start Date: April 2025

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Wards Based Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient outcomes. In this role, you will:

Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.

Review patient prescriptions and medical records, providing advice on the correct use of drugs.

Monitor patient medication regimens and provide consultations to healthcare teams.
-
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for patients.
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient safety.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Must have hospital pharmacy experience.
-
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Excellent communication and team-working skills.
-
Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy settings, ideally in a wards-based role.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
-
Full-time, Monday to Friday position.
-
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute break.

Strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
