Senior Planner / Planning ManagerLocation: Lincolnshire

About the Role:As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in managing and delivering planning projects, from concept to construction. This includes developing existing projects, preparing new applications, and engaging with stakeholders and communities to ensure successful outcomes. Your in-depth knowledge of the planning sector will also support site analysis and assessment for future developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development team in planning-related tasks across diverse projects.
  • Prepare and manage planning applications, ensuring smooth progression into construction.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, including local communities, planning authorities, and statutory consultees.
  • Monitor and report on planning policy changes, keeping the team informed of developments at the national and local level.
  • Conduct site analysis and contribute to land-led promotions and assessments.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning and development, ideally with a focus on land-led promotion.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, ready to become an integral part of the team.
