Simply Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Lincoln. Rated "Good" by Ofsted, this school provides a nurturing and engaging learning environment where pupils thrive.
The Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a love for learning among your pupils. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, ideal for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to helping young learners develop both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback to support development
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (EYFS experience is a bonus)
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passionate about education and making a difference in children's lives
