Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Salary: 31,600 - 43,607 per annum

Simply Education is seeking a qualified Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a fantastic school, delivering high-quality education to pupils in Year 1 and Year 2. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure a permanent or long-term role in a supportive primary school in Lincoln.

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering the KS1 curriculum and ensuring that pupils develop the essential skills needed to progress in their education. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that nurtures pupil confidence and achievement
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and senior leadership to enhance pupil learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour management strategies and ensuring high classroom standards

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 classroom
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• A passion for primary education and a commitment to helping young learners succeed
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on availability
