A growing Lincoln based business that have demonstrated huge success in app & software solutions within the healthcare industry are growing yet again, this time looking to hire a new permanent hybrid Graduate Junior Product Owner.
The role will sit within a large DevOps department and report directly into the Lead Product Owner. This person will be mainly tasked with understanding the businesses products / services issues and aiding in influencing the definition of the products visions and future roadmaps. They will be tasked with working on product backlog management and making sure the vision of the products goals are always kept aligned with the work being done and the user experience.
Day to day duties will involve:
- Aiding in product discovery and development
- Carrying out research & testing
- Full product lifecycle including optimising and solution creation
- Handling the Product Backlog
- Creating user stories
- Documentation creation
- Communicate the product vision
- Help the engineering teams understand the product direction
CV's will need to have a number of the below bullet points in order to be considered:
- Preferably looking for someone with experience in a role involving business analytics or product ownership
- Educated to degree level in a subject such as Computer Science, IT or anything data driven would be highly advantageous
- Experience & comfortability handling large data sets
- Understanding of DevOps would be great
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time keeping skills
- Comfortable committing to a full time permanent role based in Lincoln, offering hybrid work (2/3 days a week in the office)
The client is ideally looking to hire at a salary level dependent of experience of between £26,000 to £31,000 per annum with additional benefits and expenses on offer such as private health-care insurance, a cycle-to-work scheme and many others.
