Our client in Lincoln is looking for an assistant to support the Project Manager. The role is predominently office based with occassional requirement for site visits.The right candidate will have extensive knowledge in construction / building mainentance.
The role will include preparing quotes, diary management, dealing with high end clients organising different contractors to build and / or carry out repairs as required on wet leisure facilities.
Sales experience is an advantage as in this role you will need to have the ability to provide and adjust quotes mainly over the phone but on occasion may be visit on site.
Essential
- Must have full UK driving license
- An enhanced DBS check will be carried out on the succesfull candidate

Hours of work 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a company van provided during working hours
