Behaviour Mentor
Location: Lincoln

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Lincoln to support students who require additional guidance in managing their behaviour and emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students to develop positive behaviour strategies.
- Provide 1:1 mentoring and small-group interventions.
- Assist in de-escalating challenging situations in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams, and parents to create tailored support plans.
- Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational or youth work setting.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
