Clinical Psychologist

The successful candidate will provide psychological support to The Children and Young Adults suffering with either neurodiversity or developmental traumaJob Purpose: Clinical PsychologistPay Rate: £55,000 - £60,000 pro rata (negotiable depending on experience)Location: Lincoln/hybridContract: 22.5 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialist assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions within the Neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD) or Attachment/Trauma pathways.
• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to clinical assessments and interventions.
• Provide high-quality assessments for children, young people, and families, particularly in adoption, looked-after, or special guardianship contexts.
• Formulate treatment plans using psychological models to address complex trauma or neurodevelopmental needs.
• Manage your caseload independently, maintaining high standards of care.
• Support service development alongside department leads.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Travel within Lincolnshire if required.

Essential Criteria:

• HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.

• Expertise in either Neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD) or Attachment/Trauma pathways.
• Proven ability to conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions.
