Our client is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a temporary basis. The role is based in Lincoln and involves working on several sites.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and administering contracts, primarily under NEC and JCT forms
  • Overseeing post-contract duties including CVR and reporting
  • Handling contract administration and change control processes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Communicating effectively with project teams and external parties
  • Utilising strong Excel skills to manage project data and financials
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant project guidelines and standards
  • Providing confident and competent quantity surveying expertise on-site


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the water sector
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with NEC and JCT contracts
  • Proficiency in post-contract activities including CVR and reporting
  • Excellent contract administration and change control skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management and financial reporting
  • Confidence and competence in on-site surveying duties
  • Flexibility to be site-based for a minimum of 3 days per week
