Lettings Property Manager - Lincoln - up to £30k dependent on experience

A great opportunity to join this established and leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the Lincoln area. The are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager who will be responsible for processing tenancy and property related maintenance issues to assist the efficient performance of their Lettings department.

Main Duties for the Property Manager role:

  • Handle calls and emails from Landlords and Tenants.
  • Use property management software to deal with general enquiries.
  • Process reported property maintenance issues.
  • Liaise with Landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange planned and unplanned property maintenance.
  • Arrange and process required safety certificates.
  • Complete property inspections and where required other external appointments.
  • Prepare and issue property inspection reports.
  • Processing of contractor invoices and reports.
  • Advise Landlords and Tenants with Tenancy queries/issues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential lettings is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to work within a team and communicate well.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good administration skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage different tasks.
  • UK driving licence.
  • Understanding of common property defects and types of contractors.

The post is a full time post, working days are 8.30 - 5.30

There is a requirement to work Saturdays usually (1 in 3) 9am - 3pm
