Your Role as a Property Manager:

�? Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.?? Receive and allocate maintenance jobs efficiently.?? Manage communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.?? Organise and conduct property inspections during tenancies.?? Handle end-of-tenancy check-outs and inventories.?? Ensure properties comply with current legislation by organising regulatory certificates.?? Manage and set up new tenancies.

What We're Looking For:

�? Strong organisational and communication skills.?? A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.�? Property management experience is desirable but not essential.?? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.? Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.?? Adaptable and flexible approach to work.
