Recruitment Co-Ordinator - Lincoln - circa £25,000 plus excellent benefits - Hybrid working.
Your new roleThis respected and continuously improving organisation is seeking a new addition to their Talent Acquisition Team.Working within the wider HR Team you will be accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process for all recruitment needs within this multisite UK company.
This will include preparation of adverts, advertising of roles, management of applications, candidate tracking and arranging interviews and training.
You will provide and manage the full end-to-end recruitment service to the Company using a proactive approach to recruitment e.g., Researching new ways of using the Internet for recruitment, using social and professional networking sites to identify/attract candidates and arranging interviews; also be responsible for advertising and sourcing candidates through various job boards and platforms.
Your role will include interview coordination, support and queries (both internal and external), then Offers and Onboarding including background checks. You will be maintaining the Recruitment and HR database and runs reports monthly and adhoc.
This role will give you the opportunity to build strong relationships with Hiring / Department Managers and become a true "Advisor" as you develop in your role- assisting in identifying recruitment needs and planning campaigns, aswell as working with the Training and other departments.

NB Hybrid working is 3 days onsite and 2 WFH.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working within a fast-paced recruitment environment.You must be able to plan, prioritise and organise effectively.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines and respond to unplanned situations.
- Microsoft Office Programmes experience, along with experience of using HR systems and processes.
- Strong communication and relationship building capabilities.Organised and methodical
