Brook Street are currently searching for a Sales Support Administrator on behalf of our established client in Lincoln (LN6). This is a wonderful opportunity to join a business with over 40 years' experience in their field who pride themselves on creating a first-class customer experience.
This is a temporary position for 12 weeks with the view to become permanent after this period.
Role - Sales Support Administrator
Location - Lincoln (LN6)
Hours - 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate - 12.50-13.00 per hour
Working as a Sales Support Administrator, you will be an initial point of contact for inbound customer calls and essential part of the sales team. As well as speaking with customers over the phone you will be responsible for order processing and administrative support functions for the team.
Responsibilities -
- Liaise with customers vie telephone and email communications.
- Produce quotes for customers.
- Timely order processing from multiple inbound channels.
- Various sales support duties as required.
- Capturing inbound leads and passing to the wider sales team.
Candidate Requirements -
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused role.
- Ability to reliably commute to the office Monday to Friday.
- Show excellent attention to detail when processing orders.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods for the business.
- Work as a part of an effective sales team.
