Join our client, a prestigious 4-star hotel renowned for hosting private events and leisure getaways, just a short walk from Lincoln's city centre. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's stylish Cocktail Lounge, set in a stunning location within the hotel.
  • Manage a vibrant bar offering a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, brunch, and light bites, to both residents and non-residents.
  • Lead and supervise a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in managing a busy bar with a diverse drinks menu, including cocktails.
  • Experience in a hotel setting is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proactive and hands-on, able to thrive in a large team.
  • Knowledgeable about Lounge or Cocktail bars and adept at managing peak demand.
  • Well-presented with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, with a solid understanding of cost management.
