Located in Lincoln's historic city centre, our distinguished 4-star hotel is celebrated for hosting exceptional events and offering unforgettable leisure experiences. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our elegant Cocktail Lounge Bar and create memorable moments for our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of our stylish bar, featuring a thoughtfully crafted menu of cocktails, brunch options, and light bites.
* Provide outstanding service to both hotel guests and local visitors in a vibrant, fast-paced atmosphere.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring top-tier standards and seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience managing a high-volume bar, ideally with a diverse cocktail menu.
* Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team success.
* A hands-on attitude, excelling under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Expertise in managing busy service periods and maintaining cost efficiency.
* Exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
