Our client, an award-winning travel agency in Lincolnshire, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a small retail team.
The position offers a salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience, along with quarterly bonuses and additional benefits.
Candidates should have travel industry experience, ideally in retail travel, and previous management experience is advantageous.
The role requires strong geographical knowledge, GDS proficiency, and excellent selling and communication skills.
This position allows for 4 or 5 working days per week, with opportunities for personal development and travel-related perks.

Our client is an award-winning travel agency based in Lincolnshire. They are looking for an Branch Manager to lead a small team in a retail branch. This role can be 4 or 5 days per week in the branch with a salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience plus quarterly bonus and benefits.Branch Manager responsibilities:Actively participate in sales whilst also managing, coaching and developing the teamIdentify staff training and development needs on an individual basisManagerial duties such as managing rota and annual leave Specialist knowledge in at least one of the following: cruising, USA/Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Caribbean, Skiing, air travel, safari, luxury long haul or short haulIdentify marketing and networking opportunitiesRoll out new processes and procedures Ensure banking is completed daily and control branch costsHealth and safety procedures and ensure the branch is tidy with brochures fully stocked etc..Branch Manager skills required:Travel industry experience ideally in retail travelPrevious management experience advantageousStrong worldwide geographical knowledgeAbility to use a GDS, preferably AmadeusExcellent selling and communication skillsExtensive first-hand travel experienceAdditional information:4 or 5 days per week across Monday-Saturday (approx 2 Saturdays per month with a day off in the weekSalary up to £30,000 plus quarterly bonusPersonal development and growth opportunitiesTravel perks such as incentives and voucher schemesOverseas educational tripsTrade partner events, dinners, training, industry awards etc
