Internal Sales Representative | Lincoln | Full Time | £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the Area Sales Managers and ensuring the seamless execution of internal sales processes. This role is central to maintaining excellent customer relationships, driving sales campaigns, and providing essential support to external sales teams.

You will be a vital part of the company's customer-first approach, ensuring the smooth flow of information and contributing to a high level of service.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven experience in a sales support or internal sales role, preferably within a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is advantageous
  • A proactive and solution-driven mindset, aligned with the company's core values of Agility, Passion, and Solution Orientation

What will your role look like?

  • Provide internal support to Area Sales Managers, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to effectively manage their territories
  • Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, including handling call outs for specific promotions and initiatives
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a timely and professional response to all queries
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to meet and exceed company targets and goals.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the sales team with relevant reporting, data analysis, and insight to drive performance and customer engagement
  • Account management through gap analysis calls
