Sales Order Processing Administrator - START WORK ON MONDAY!

£11.44 - £12 an hour + holiday pay DOE with the possibility of a permanent role and an increase for the right person!

Our client is looking for anorganised, driven, and confident administrator whoknows their way around anExcel spreadsheet,has akeen eye for detailand enjoys working in a supporting role ensuring things run smoothly within a team!This role could go permanent and develop further subject to performance.

Duties:

  • Process driven administrative role, working as part of a team managing a central inbox
  • Day to day resolving queries in relation to customer orders, checking for errors and ensuring orders a processed accurately and quickly, ensuring the customer is kept informed at all times
  • Setting up users systems via a customer portal system - attention to detail is critical
  • Liaising with various stakeholders and teams across the business
  • Any other duties ad hoc.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Some solid experience in an administrative role within an office environment
  • The ability to use formulas and functions on Microsoft Excel through previous experience
  • Clear communication skills with a great attitude to work
  • The ability to follow processes and input data accurately, including pro-actively spotting errors
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
