Quite often you will be based in the Focus Provision with the school. Working with children with learning difficulties and need additional support. On the flip side some pupils may have more behavioural issues and will need more pastoral support to help them work through their problems and aid a productive working environment.Requirements -Ideally hold a relevant Qualification Level 2/3 TA Qual or be Degree QualifiedExperience working with young people in a role such as Sports Coach, Youth Mentor or Scout Leader or previous experience working in care setting with vulnerable young adults.Be willing to undertake a DBSSafeguarding Level 1 Qualification - we can provide this free of chargeIf you are interested in the role and want to discuss further then please send your CV or apply online.
