Junior Embedded Engineer | Up to £60k DOE | Remote / Lincolnshire | Flexible Working

Exciting opportunity to work with a scaling and innovative business using cutting edge technologies to provide one-of-a kind solutions to some of the biggest global names.

My client is looking for a junior embedded engineer, ideally experienced with IoT devices. They are based in Lincolnshire but want to attract talent across the UK with flexible and expense-covered travel onsite, only when required (likely once every 4-6 weeks).


Role/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop the codebase.
  • Bug fixing and new feature development.
  • Support and assist other engineers with the design, prototyping and release of products.
  • Gather new product requirements and features.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
  • Working with products from concept to production.

Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in embedded software development with C/C++.
  • Experienced with MISRA standards and guidelines.
  • Experience with communication protocols (cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, MQTT, PPP, or AT).
  • Degree qualified in computing or electronics.
