My client is looking for a junior embedded engineer, ideally experienced with IoT devices. They are based in Lincolnshire but want to attract talent across the UK with flexible and expense-covered travel onsite, only when required (likely once every 4-6 weeks).
Role/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the codebase.
- Bug fixing and new feature development.
- Support and assist other engineers with the design, prototyping and release of products.
- Gather new product requirements and features.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
- Working with products from concept to production.
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in embedded software development with C/C++.
- Experienced with MISRA standards and guidelines.
- Experience with communication protocols (cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, MQTT, PPP, or AT).
- Degree qualified in computing or electronics.
