Salary: 78 - 94 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Simply Education is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide vital support to learners in primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, allowing candidates to choose between full-time and part-time positions depending on their availability and career aspirations.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils engage in learning.
• Assisting in lesson delivery, ensuring children understand and participate in activities.
• Supporting students with additional needs, adapting resources and approaches where necessary.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Helping with classroom preparation, organisation, and general teaching support.

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school or childcare setting.
• A passion for helping young learners build confidence and achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff.
• A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach to working with children of different abilities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
