Salary: 78 - 94 per day

About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to providing high-quality support to primary-aged children.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need extra help with their learning.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities to suit individual needs.
- Support children with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track and support pupil progress.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in a primary school, nursery, or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or support work is desirable but not required.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
