Your new companyOur client is recruiting for a Community Safety Officer to join our friendly and supportive Localities and Community Safety team. From day one, you will be part of a well-respected and supportive team. You will also have the flexibility to control your own working day, and you will also work on a variety of different cases across the business's localities in the Midlands and Lincolnshire. Your new role

  • Prepare legal documents and gather evidence for court proceedings, ensuring all processes and procedures are meticulously followed.
  • Present cases during court proceedings and attend multi-agency meetings to provide case updates.
  • Utilise a broad range of approaches to manage complex cases to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Lead on legal proceedings and tenancy enforcement issues, offering support to the wider team on anti-social behaviour matters.
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with local authorities, Police Services, and other partner agencies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cases effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Enhanced DBS

This position is home-based but will cover the entire Midlands and Lincolnshire.
