This Lincoln based company conduct the R&D for a group who design and manufacture Microwave/RF components from concept to finished product.
Main responsibilities of the Systems Engineer:
- Looking after integration of sub-systems
- Being responsible for how sub-systems work, creating architecture to ensure it can integrate with other systems
- Working on prototypes, develop and qualify systems
- Working with customers on the systems, showing potential remedies to things
Requirements of the Systems Engineer:
- Extensive experience in a system engineering role
- Ability to work at system level design
- History within the defence industry
- Be a self-starter
