We are seeking a Cover Manager / Cover Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in teaching and managing classroom behaviour. You will work closely with the Assistant Head Teacher and engage with external contacts daily.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Supervise classes during the absence of the assigned teacher, ensuring that the curriculum and teaching plans are followed.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Head Teacher to ensure smooth operation within the school.
  • Communicate regularly with external contacts, representing the school in a professional manner.
  • Prepare educational materials and resources as required.
  • Monitor and evaluate students' learning progress.
