The Role:
As an Agency Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, one-to-one care to children and young people in their homes. You will be supported by a skilled multidisciplinary team and have access to resources that help you deliver the best possible care.
Key duties include:
- Delivering personalised and clinically complex care
- Managing care involving tracheostomies, ventilators, and seizure protocols
- Working collaboratively with Nurse Case Managers and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining and updating accurate care plans
- Establishing strong, trusting relationships with families and service users
What Were Looking For:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with a valid NMC pin
- Prior experience working in community complex care
- Confident in delivering specialist care in a home environment
