gap healthcare is working with a medium-sized care provider that supports adults across a variety of settings, including residential and specialist care services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care home manager to step into a Peripatetic Interim Manager role, offering vital leadership and operational support across services in the East Midlands. The position is ideal for someone who thrives on driving improvement, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality care across multiple sites.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide interim leadership and operational support across multiple adult care services
  • Ensure CQC compliance and drive improvements in care standards
  • Support, guide, and develop staff teams to enhance performance and service delivery
  • Oversee operational and financial responsibilities within each home
  • Lead on improvements in resident care, wellbeing, and overall service outcomes

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within elderly care
  • Experience working within various adult care settings, including residential and specialist services
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to integrate quickly into new environments and adapt to challenges
  • Willingness to travel across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
  • Available to start at short notice
