Multiskilled Repair Technician (Lincoln)
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 Basic

Are you a passionate and experienced automotive professional looking to take pride in your craft? We’re looking for a Multiskilled Automotive Painter / Multiskilled Repair Technician / Smart Repair Technician to join our client's busy Accident Repair Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality bodywork and paint finishes, thrives in a busy workshop environment, and takes pride in bringing vehicles back to their best.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Multiskilled Automotive Painter / Multiskilled Repair Technician / Smart Repair Technician:

  • Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and refinishing to vehicles of all makes and models

  • Preparing vehicles for painting (filler work, masking, priming, sanding, etc.)

  • Mixing and applying paints using both water-based and solvent-based systems

  • Performing full re-sprays, blend-ins, and SMART repairs where required

  • Conducting final inspections to ensure a flawless finish

  • Maintaining workshop cleanliness and ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards

Qualifications and Experience of Multiskilled Automotive Painter / Multiskilled Repair Technician / Smart Repair Technician:

  • Proven experience as a Multiskilled Automotive Painter / Multiskilled Repair Technician / Smart Repair Technician within the automotive industry

  • Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and paint processes

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of work

  • Familiarity with modern repair methods and tools

  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
