Department-Tool Room

We are looking to speak with experienced Tool Room Team Members. Our ideal candidate will have worked within an Engineering environment and have CNC Setting and Operating experience also

This is a Full time, Permanent position, working Day shifts, Monday-Friday

In your new role as a Tool Room Team Member:

  • The manufacture of jigs & Fixtures
  • The manufacture of test pieces.
  • Setting / Operating CNC & manual machines
  • Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing
  • Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate
  • Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required
  • Supporting other team-members as required
  • Achieving targets as identified by Tool room Management

To be considered for this role:

  • Diligent
  • NVQ in Engineering manufacture or equivalent / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship
  • Previous experience of working in an engineering environment.
  • English Language and Maths to GCSE grade C or above
  • Computer Literate
  • Experience in the use of standard measurement equipment.
  • Can demonstrate good numeric skills.

Day Shift Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 16:00pm

No Premium Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm

Salary depending on experience £27,900 – £30,588 per annum

Overtime available when required
