What You'll Do:

  • Efficiently manage operational logistics processing, including Goods Receipt, Warehouse Management, Transport Coordination, and Dispatch Operations.
  • Accept and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy with shipping documents (material number, description, quantity).
  • Document any visible damages and provide necessary information for resolution.
  • Operate transport equipment safely, including hand-guided industrial trucks and forklifts.
  • Capture and maintain accurate data in our data processing systems.
  • Organise acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods while keeping detailed records.
  • Conduct regular stock maintenance and inventory checks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assemble deliveries from storage compartments, checking for completeness and accuracy.
  • Package outgoing deliveries according to shipping instructions and safety guidelines, including Dangerous Goods protocols.
  • Attach the required shipping documents to all outgoing goods.
  • Execute transports within and outside the premises with professionalism and care.

  • Experience in logistics processing and warehouse management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and packaging techniques.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other transport equipment safely.
