Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Duration: 6 Months - Possibility of extension

Location: South West Lincoln

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour / £17.81 per hour when doing shifts

Shift pattern:

Earlies - 5.30am - 1.45pm afternoon Mon-Thurs (day shift Friday)
Lates - 2pm - 10pm Mon - Thurs (Friday off)
2 weeks earlies, 2 weeks lates as a rotation.
30-5pm on the days on a Friday.

Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and pack incoming stock
Maintain accurate inventory records
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Prepare orders for shipment
Ensure a clean and organised warehouse environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse role is desirable, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Forklift certification is a bonus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
