We are delighted to be sourcing an IT developer for a well established, International, non food FMCG client. Their further growth has facilitated the need for this role to join their dynamic IT team. This will be based at a new, state of the art HQ.

CORE KNOWLEDGE AREAS REQUIRED:

Experience and ability in writing programmes using .NET and specific knowledge of at least two of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET)

Ability to develop integrations with various API frameworks and be able to use .NET framework and SQL SAP Hana. Knowledge of SAP Business One is essential

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of applications for the backend processing systems.

Supporting the whole business in a highly varied role maintaining and developing core business systems including SAP Business One, e-commerce and our warehouse management system.

This role will include the provision of helpful and responsive second line IT support to employees. Ensuring that full documentation exists for all new code and that adequate testing and the ability to debug issues has been built into the code.

KEY POINTS:


Provision of helpful and responsive 2nd/ 3rd line IT support to employees.

Undertaking requirements analysis

Collaborating within the IT team to design and architect software solutions

Writing clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages

Testing and implementing applications

Revising, updating, maintaining and debugging existing code

Developing documentation throughout all software developments down to code level

Creating code to add additional features to the core operating systems used in the company including SAP Business One, e-commerce and WMS systems

Assist in developing and implementing new technologies to support the business

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience and ability in writing programmes using .NET and specific knowledge of at least two of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET)

Ability to develop integrations with various API frameworks and be able to use .NET framework and SQL SAP Hana. Knowledge of SAP Business One is essential.
